Budda-Jitja
Budda-Jitja is a computer-based, mentored pre-employment training program designed to assist employers with employing, retaining and integrating Indigenous staff into their workplace. Literally meaning "Brother, Sister", the program was designed with and for Indigenous people to deliver training in many basic life and work skills.
A Day in the Life
"A Day in the Life" (ADIL) is designed to give job seekers the opportunity to sample and experience a new career. Participants are introduced to common terminology, the standard work practices, the work environments and tasks involved in a job in the industry.
RU Ready
The RU Ready modules are a suite of 30-60 minute courses assisting job seekers with their job search. A diagnostic print out at the end of each course provides you with a snapshot of their current preparation and an action list the job seeker should work through to improve their chances of getting a job.
YouCANWork!
The YouCANWork! Suite explores the primary barriers job seekers face in obtaining and remaining in employment, and supports them to learn why it is good to go to work despite the challenges they may face in their life.
